At Oak River Rehab, we provide skilled nursing and rehabilitaion services. As the premier skilled nursing facility and rehab in Northern California, we are proud to service the communities of Redding, Anderson, Cottonwood, Red Bluff, Gerber, Los Molinos, Corning, Orland, Chico, Mount Shasta, Shasta Lake, Weaverville, Yreka, Burney, and Fall River Mills. The services include, 24 hour nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, and restorative nursing care. Our services also include professionally trained staff in social services, activities, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenace.
